Immigration
Kinza Khan Legal, LLC represents clients in immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Our practice covers affirmative petitions such as I-751 joint petitions, naturalization, and Adjustment of Status, along with asylum and refugee cases, family-based petitions, U-visa and VAWA applications, and defense in removal proceedings.
We provide Urdu-language interpretation directly for immigration clients, and we work with a network of Arabic-speaking and other attorneys for referrals and cross-referrals, so language should never be a barrier to accessing skilled representation.
Immigration cases often involve difficult and deeply personal facts, including trauma, family separation, or allegations of abuse. We approach this work with a trauma-informed practice, giving clients the space to tell their story while building the strongest possible case on their behalf.
