Kinza Khan Legal, LLC provides representation in immigration matters before USCIS and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

Our practice includes affirmative petitions such as I-751 joint petitions, naturalization, and Adjustment of Status, as well as asylum and refugee cases, family-based petitions, U-visa and VAWA applications, and removal proceedings defense.

Urdu-language interpretation is available for immigration clients throughout the representation process. I also offer Urdu-interpretation for cases that other immigration attorneys are handling, and have been interpreting before USCIS since 2013.
